Are you aware that FOOD is more powerful than any prescription you can get for weight loss. FOODS can make you fat or THIN. The lack of exercise does not make you fat... It’s the foods, the type of foods and when you eat them.
Yes when you eat your meals can have a great deal to do with your weight loss or gain. Like a car engine you need certain foods at certain times of the day.

Eating the Wrong Foods is what got you overweight. And if you start eating the Right Foods at the right time of the day you can lose weight.
Starving yourself or jogging is not the way to lose weight. Consider this:
- Starve yourself and your body goes into conservation mode, conserve energy and store fat. (you will tire easly and become weak).
- Jogging... because you use a small amount of energy, your body tells your brain you need to eat and replace what has been used, it also tells the brain that if this type of energy use is continued then more fat should be stored for future use. (the body burns very little when jogging, Think about how much jogging you must do to burn of a 1,000 calories)
It's not really any more complicated than:
- What you eat
- When you eat
Have you ever considered why you can eat just a 1000 calories and gain weight, while your friends can eat 2000 calories and lose weight
The body has the great ability to adjust.
If you are eating 2,500 calories per day then your metabolism will adjust itself so that your body begins burning and or storing 2,500 calories per day.
However, if you starve yourself by dropping to say a 1,000 calories per day then your metabolism will again ADJUST ITSELF so that your body begins to burn only 1,000 calories per day. That's why you have failed in your past dieting attempts, that's why you always seem to fail when you try and starve yourself.
